Gia Marseille is a Chicago litigation attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, municipalities, and celebrities in a wide range of complex legal matters. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense.

Before entering private practice, Gia served as an attorney with the City of Chicago Department of Law, where she prosecuted misdemeanor, traffic, and injury-related cases and conducted more than 200 bench trials. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Circuit Court of Cook County during the mortgage foreclosure crisis, where she researched complex legal issues, drafted judicial opinions, and assisted the Court in managing a high-volume docket.

Gia has remained committed to public service throughout her legal career. She previously served as a Hearing Officer for a south suburban municipality, presiding over municipal ordinance cases. She currently serves on the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness, where she evaluates applicants seeking admission to the Illinois Bar.

Prior to her legal career, Gia worked as a television news reporter for ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliate stations throughout the South. The investigative skills she developed as a journalist continue to shape the way she prepares every case and advocates on behalf of her clients.
