Attorney Gia Marseille (formerly "Hill") has a passion for advocacy, and working to get the best results for her clients is her motto.  She started her legal career in the public sector where she prosecuted cases for the City of Chicago.  She’s also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Allen P. Walker in the Mortgage Foreclosure section at the Circuit Court of Cook County. Her experience also includes investigating Title VII and Title IX complaints while working in Access and Equity at one of the Big 10 Universities.

 

Attorney Marseille's practice areas include: DUI and Traffic Violations; Criminal Defense; Auto Accidents and Personal Injury; School Board Hearings; and Mediations. Attorney Marseille also serves as an Administrative Law Judge in the south suburbs where she presides over and rules on municipal ordinance violations.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and worked as a television News Personality at local ABC, NBC and CBS affiliates in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas.  She has reported extensively on national and regional criminal court cases, and uses her varied skills to achieve results that make the justice system work for her clients.  She has a passion for the legal profession and giving her clients a voice, whether inside or outside a courtroom.
